Yavar rzayez is a sociopath/Pathologic liar
Yavar rzayev is a sociopath and pathologic liar who can not leave any opportunity to do illegal things but take it...Recently the judge convicted him in Sussex county...he was also fined on multiple times in the city of Rehoboth Beach for illegal deeds...he is surrounded by shady people like him.do not trust him in any business project and review his building credentials .He is not licensed anywhere in the US...not sure if he is a US citizen either...

Again Yavar Rzayev and his shady building business not"great house" has been involved in trouble with the legal system...more law suits and pending convictions...protect yourself from the sociopath by not hiring him ...get better builders with clean records and background.
Once again, this entire statement is untrue. Yavar has a great reputation in Rehoboth Beach with both the city and county and those records are public. There has NEVER been a lawsuit or conviction or even an arrest. This bloggers statement is nothing but a vague, empty attempt to defame Yavar and his work. Please contact Yavar directly for the truth!!
