Yavar Rzayev was arrested and convicted in Sussex county,Delaware for unknown reasons.Consider that before you make the mistake of hiring him for any project.the guy and his workers are all shady and can not be trusted.Please consider the background of a contractor before you hire...His business name is "the Great House"...believe me it is so far from being great!

This entire page is a lie. Yavar has done nothing listed here, has NEVER been arrested, has 100% qualified and registered employees who receive good wages and very good benefits. Anyone reading this should contact Yavar's company for an accurate response.
If Rufus is so sure of the facts, why don't you publish your name, address and phone number so others may contact you for verification of these remarks?? You are a coward, and a pathetic individual of the worst character. And you certainly don't have a very good handle on the English language.
