Yavar rzayez is a sociopath/Pathologic liar

Yavar rzayev is a sociopath and pathologic liar who can not leave any opportunity to do illegal things but take it...Recently the judge convicted him in Sussex county...he was also fined on multiple times in the city of Rehoboth Beach for illegal deeds...he is surrounded by shady people like him.do not trust him in any business project and review his building credentials .He is not licensed anywhere in the US...not sure if he is a US citizen either...

Yavar Rzayev was arrested and convicted in Sussex county,Delaware for unknown reasons.Consider that before you make the mistake of hiring him for any project.the guy and his workers are all shady and can not be trusted.Please consider the background of a contractor before you hire...His business name is "the Great House"...believe me it is so far from being great!

Several people who have used Yavar Rzayev as a Contractor/architect regreted that fully; he is hired because he is cheaper than better named contractors since he uses illegal immigrants solely ;workmanship is extremely poor , punchlist is never finished, prices are always much higher when it comes to pay time.Yavar is a pathologic Liar/ psychopath and can not be trusted.He is a racist towards african /americans and non caucasians even that he is from Azerbijan (one of the most corrupt countries in the world with a very poor human rights record).His command of English needs a lot of help too.Always check for references before you hire any contractor.Moreover he claims to be an architect but has no Architect license in the US.Watch out if you ever make the mistake and hire him, get legal advice first .
